Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly plans every month, annual plans every year — at the then-current price of your plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind. You can cancel within 14 days of subscribing and get a refund — you keep that right even once you have started using the platform. If you asked us to start straight away, we keep a proportionate amount for the period you had access and refund the rest. This statutory right does not apply to the Department, Faculty and Enterprise plans, which are business contracts. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

- What is SCORM?
- SCORM is a common e-learning package standard supported by many learning management systems. intle exports SCORM 2004 and SCORM 1.2 packages and publishes platform-specific validation status on the LMS compatibility evidence page.
- Can I try before subscribing?
- Yes. Every account gets 3 free creations per month — no credit card required. Free and Starter outputs include an intle credit. Paid plans add custom logo and colour controls; inspect a generated sample to confirm the exact branding treatment you need before rollout.
- What are the hosted-session participant limits?
- The current per-session limits are 20 participants on Free, 50 on Starter, and 150 on Premium. Team-plan limits are shown in the plan table. Choose a plan that covers the required audience before publishing a session.
- How do I validate my LMS?
- Download a sample SCORM package and test it in your own LMS. Named platform rows are marked verified only when we hold recorded evidence; pending rows stay pending on the LMS compatibility page.
- Can my team share a plan?
- Yes. Department, Faculty, and Enterprise plans include a shared pool of creations, and a bundle can be bought as one shared pool too. Any member can generate content and usage is drawn from the pool — no per-seat budget conversations.
- Do prices include VAT?

- Does my subscription renew automatically?
- Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, charged to your saved payment method at the then-current price of your plan, until you cancel. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change, so you can always cancel first. To stop a renewal, cancel before the renewal date in Settings → Manage subscription.
- How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
- Cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription — no fee, no reason needed. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Separately, if you are a consumer you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing and get your money back; you keep that right even if you have already used the platform. If you asked us to start straight away, we keep a proportionate amount for the time you had access and refund the rest, within 14 days and to your original payment method.
